An unexpected Earth Day gift

I'm celebrating Earth Day with flowers...

inside my house...

thanks to my wonderful neighbors!

I love flowers in my house, but I hesitate to cut them because then I wouldn't be able to see them growing outside my window.

But my dear neighbor brought me some a couple days ago because her mom had the bright idea that "we might as well take them inside to enjoy rather than letting them freeze."

So thanks, you guys.

My house is now full of flowers because you inspired me to go out and cut some of my own to go with the ones you gave me.

And that is my rambling Earth Day story...
